Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads.
2. Write clear, concise, and creative copy tailored to different social media formats and audiences.
3. Monitor social media trends and competitor content to suggest fresh ideas.
4. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages as directed.
5. Support basic content research and help analyze social media performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.

Qualifications

1. Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
2. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
3. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
4. Ability to work independently and take constructive feedback.
5. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Prior internship or project experience in content creation or social media is a plus but not mandatory.
