Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Podcast episodes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with our brand vision and goals.
• Apply advanced video editing techniques including color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram and YouTube algorithms to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Create visually appealing thumbnails, titles, and other visual assets using design software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, specifically for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, especially for Instagram and YouTube.
• Experience with video production techniques such as color grading, audio mixing, and adding special effects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in working with YouTubers, content creators, or digital media agencies.
• Familiarity with trends and viral content on Instagram and YouTube.

Location:
This position is based out of Mumbai, and applicants should be available for in-office collaboration.
