Job Description: Social Media & Client Success Associate (Intern to Full-Time)

Work Schedule: Mon–Fri (Full Day) + Saturday (2-hour Weekly Reporting)
Compensation: 3-month Internship (Stipend-based) → ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (Post-confirmation)
Role Overview
Skillwise Solutions is looking for a creative, organized, and client-focused Social Media & Client Success Associate. You will start as an intern for 3 months, learning the ropes of agency life, before transitioning into a permanent role. You will be the bridge between our clients’ visions and our design team’s execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Maintain regular contact with clients, sharing updates and gathering feedback on creative assets.
- Social Media Management: Use scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite/Later) to manage content calendars across various brands.
- Internal Briefing: Coordinate with our design team to ensure all visual content aligns with the client’s brand guidelines.
- Brand Research: Proactively search for trends and competitor moves to suggest "viral-worthy" ideas for our clients.
- Visual Reporting: Create professional, aesthetically pleasing brand progress reports using Google Slides.
- Saturday Alignment: Participate in a 2-hour weekly reporting session every Saturday to review performance and plan for the week ahead.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–6 months of internship or work experience in social media/marketing is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Basic proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets and Canva. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong command of English (written and verbal) for professional client interactions.
- Attitude: A "self-starter" who loves social media and can work independently in a remote setup.
- Commitment: Willingness to undergo a 3-month training/internship period to align with Skillwise standards.
